Hide your desired hard drive !!!

If you want, you can hide your hard drive. To do this, go to Start > Run. Then type gpedit.msc
On the left side, you will see a bar. From there, go to Local Computer Policy > User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows components > Windows Explorer. From the right side, double click on Hide these specified drives in my computer and then select Enable from Settings tab. After that, select the desired drive that you want to hide from Pick on of the following combinations box.

Sometimes we are in a hurry. Then we have to turn off our PC directly. But this causes a great harm of our PC. So, I am now informing you about a new trick by which you will be able to turn off your PC within a second. This will not do any harm to your PC. Please follow my following steps to do that and notice what is happening.

Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete. Task manager will appear.
Then click on Shut Down.
Then press and hold Ctrl key in your keyboard and in the meantime click on Turn off.
Now your PC will shut down within a few seconds.

When Your Search Rankings Drop!!! then What you do?

It’s a tough question to answer – partly because I’m not Google and don’t have any insight into your particular situation and partly because each time it happens it is different. I’m also not an SEO expert am won’t give you any technical advice – but let me give you some general advice to start with:

1. Don’t Panic

I’ve had this happen to me at least 5 times over the last 7 years of blogging and most successful bloggers I know can recall a similar number of Google fluctuations that have brought decreases (and increases) in traffic in their blogging history. It happens to us all – sometimes in big ways and sometimes in small ways. In chatting with one Google employee recently he told me that they are making daily (and more) changes to the way that they rank sites (mainly small tweaks) so over time we’ll all notice changes.

The key is not to make massive big changes to your site’s SEO too quickly or as a gut reaction to a change in your ranking.

For me the first time that this happened (when I lost 70% of my traffic) I was very tempted to make big changes to my site to try to fix things. I was advised by a few wise and experienced web masters to wait. I did and a few weeks later almost all of the traffic returned. Google fixed itself (phew).

If the traffic doesn’t come back after an extended period you might want to get some expert SEO advice and make some larger changes – but I personally am glad that I’d seen out the dips in traffic rather than doing anything to hurt my long term rankings.

Of course there are times when you might need to make some changes…. such as….

2. Have You Done Anything Black Hat?

Google has guidelines in place for webmasters. If you want to rank well in their search engine you need to play by their rules. Of course there’s a whole industry around ‘bending’ and ‘manipulating’ the rules and many web masters make a living by doing it – however if you are caught breaking the rules by Google you’re likely to be penalized.

If this is the case for you you have two choice:

fix what you did that was wrong and ask for a reconsideration into the index
keep doing what you’re doing and suffer the consequences

I know of numerous bloggers who’ve asked for reconsideration and have been reinstated back into the index. It can take a little while (the last one said it took a couple of weeks for them) but in the long run it can be well worthwhile.

3. Build Other Sources of Traffic

The biggest lesson that I learned back in 2004 when I lost most of my traffic as a result of a Google algorithm change was that I needed to diversify my approach to building traffic to my blogs.

Up until that time I was almost exclusively working on driving traffic via Google. It was like a drug that I’d become dependent upon in some ways and much of my day was spent writing content for Google and attempting to ‘get links’ to that content from other sites. I was not really writing for regular readers or trying to build community on my blog – I just wanted traffic that I hoped would click my ads and affiliate programs.

This approach had worked for me – however when my Google traffic disappeared I was left with little and realized how short sighted I’d been. I began to change my focus and started working on other sources of traffic.

I still love the traffic that Google sends me but today if it all disappeared it would hurt – but it wouldn’t be the end for my business. Next week I want to followup this post with another one looking at some of the ways to become less reliant upon Google traffic and to build traffic from other sources – stay tuned for more.

Some Ways how to get more comments on your blog post?

Imagine that you wrote a 500 word article and it started to generate comments. After a few months there are around 100 comments on that single post. Now when a new visitor comes to that page, he took 10 minutes to read the article and then he took 1 hour to read the comments. He posted another comment and then he came back again few hours later to check if there’s any new comment on that post.

-what just happened? Your 500 word article got bigger and more attractive because of those comments. Comments are different than the author’s voice this is why it could get very much informative. Most of the time comments become discussions where one reader interacts with another, not just the author. There’s nothing much to say why you need comments on your blog posts. You can attract a new visitor to your blog if there’s some comments on each of your posts. Here are some ways to get more comments on your blog,

1. Make it easier to comment
Use an easy interface to comment on your blog. If your comment system is not good, then use a third party comments system like Disqus. Don’t make it too hard to comment or don’t force your readers to ‘log in’ to comment on a post.

2. Ask for comments
If you ask for comments, they will comment. Put some questions after each of your posts and ask them to leave a comment. This way your readers will sure leave a response.

3. Leave some comments
You have to comment also if you want people to comment on you. Visit blogs you like and post nice comments on them. Post original comments, not just: ‘Nice blog, keep up the good work’ -type comments. If you put a good comment, the author will follow to your blog and will comment on you.

4. Reward your commentors
You can reward your commentors with a linkback to their blog. There are plug-ins where you can show off the top commentors on your blog with a link back. Making your blog comments ‘Do follow’ will help to attract more commentors.

5. Reply to comments
Once you got comments, don’t forget to reply to it. Thank him, help him or ask him an advice to let him leave another comment. If you reply to comments, you can also increase the total number of comments too. On the other hand, your readers will leave more comments on your blog.

6. Showcase your comments
There are many plug-ins and widgets on the internet where you can show off your latest comments. These will work well to get more comments. If you show off your comments, people will like to read those and they will post one more comment.

ইন্টারনেটে নিজের মত প্রকাশের একটি জনপ্রিয় মাধ্যম হচ্ছে ওয়েব লগ বা সংক্ষেপে “ব্লগ”। ব্লগে আপনি প্রতিদিনের দিনলিপি, বন্ধু-বান্ধবদের উদ্দেশ্যে মেসেজ, ছবি, অডিও, ভিডিও, কোন প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিজ্ঞাপনসহ সকল প্রকার ব্যাক্তিগত, প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক এবং বানিজ্যিক ওয়েবসাইটের সকল সুবিধা ব্যাবহার করতে পারেন। তাই একে ব্যাক্তিগত বা বানিজ্যিক যেকোন ভাবে ব্যাবহার করা যায়। পূর্বে এই কাজগুলি করতে ওয়েবপেজ তৈরী করতে হতো। এর জন্য দরকার হতো ওয়েব প্রোগ্রামিং সম্বন্ধে জ্ঞান এবং নিয়মিত পুরো ওয়েবপেজের আপডেট। কিন্তু ব্লগ বদলে দিয়েছে সবকিছু। কম্পিউটার এবং ইন্টারনেট সম্বন্ধে যার নূন্যতম জ্ঞান আছে সেই ব্যাক্তিও ব্লগিং করতে পারে। ব্লগিং এর সবচেয়ে বড় সুবিধা হলো কোন কিছু জানতে বা জানাতে ব্লগার (যে ব্যাক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের ব্লগ) কে ঘটা করে ই-মেইল করার দরকার নেই। আপনি ব্লগের কমেন্টস্‌ এর ঘরে প্রয়োজনীয় মেসেজ বা নির্দেশ দিতে পারেন। তবে আপনার কমেন্টস্‌ যেহেতু ঐ ব্লগের ভিজিটকৃত সকল ভিজিটররা ইচ্ছা করলে দেখতে পারবে তাই একান্ত ব্যাক্তিগত বা গোপনীয় কোন বিষয়ে কমেন্টস্‌ না লেখাই ভালো।

বর্তমানে সব বিখ্যাত ওয়েবপোর্টাল যেমনঃ গুগল এর ব্লগার, ইয়াহু এর ৩৬০, এমএসএন/লাইভ এর লাইভস্পেস ইত্যাদি সহ প্রায় সকল ওয়েবপোর্টাল সম্পুর্ন বিনামূল্যে ব্লগ তৈরী করার সুবিধা দিচ্ছে। ইংরেজী ব্লগের পাশাপাশি বেশ কিছু বাংলা ব্লগপোর্টালও ইদানিং বেশ জনপ্রিয়তা পেয়েছে। এর মধ্যে উল্লেখযোগ্য হলো সামহয়্যার ইন ব্লগ, সচলায়তন, এভারগ্রীন বাংলা, প্যাঁচালি ইত্যাদি। বিষয়ের বিভিন্নতার কারনে ব্লগেরও রয়েছে নানা রকম ফের। যেমনঃ ব্যাক্তিগত ব্লগ, বানিজ্যিক ব্লগ, ট্রাভেল ব্লগ, ফটো ব্লগ, ভিডিও ব্লগ ইত্যাদি।

আপনার ব্লগ তৈরী হলেই আপনি চাইবেন সেটা অন্যে দেখুক। তাই আপনার ব্লগে কতজন ভিজিটর আসবে সেটা একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ন ব্যাপার। এর উপর নির্ভর করছে সেই ব্লগের জনপ্রিয়তা। সাধারনত আমরা কোন সার্চ ইঞ্জিনে ব্লগের লিংক সাবমিট করে ঐ ব্লগের ভিজিটর বাড়ানোর চেষ্টা করি। এতে সার্চ ইঞ্জিনের সার্চকৃত শব্দের সাথে আপনার ব্লগের ডিসিক্রিপশন বা মেটা ট্যাগ এর শব্দ মিলে গেলে ঐ সার্চ ইঞ্জিনে যেকোন পাতায় আপনি আপনার ব্লগ এড্ড্রেস দেখতে পাবেন। কিন্তু বেশি ভাগ ক্ষেত্রে এটিকে বিনামূল্যে পাওয়া সম্ভব হয় না। আবার অনেক সময় ইচ্ছা থাকলেও টেকনিক্যাল কারনে (ক্রেডিট কার্ড বা পে-প্যালের মাধ্যমে টাকা পাঠানো) সম্ভব হয় না। এ ক্ষেত্রে একটি ব্যাপার বলে রাখা ভাল যে, হয়তো আপনি প্রতিদিন একশ নতুন ভিজিটর পাবেন। কিন্তু তারা কি পূনরায় আপনার ব্লগ ভিজিট করবে? পুরনো ভিজিটরের আপনার ব্লগে পূনরায় ভিজিট করা কে আপনার ব্লগের জনপ্রিয়তা প্রমান করে। আসুন দেখা যাক কিভাবে বিনামূল্যে আপনার ব্লগের ভিজিটর এবং জনপ্রিয়তা বাড়াবেন।

[*] আপনি যখন অন্যের ব্লগ ভিজিট করবেন, ভাল-মন্দ যা-ই মনে আসে তা-ই কমেন্ট করুন। আপনি ঐ একই ব্লগ পোর্টালের ব্লগার হলে এবং লগইন করা থাকলে আপনার নিক এর নিচে আন্ডারলাইন হয়ে আপনার ব্লগ এড্ড্রেস (url) দেখাবে। অন্য সাইটের ব্লগার হলে নাম এর পর অবশ্যই আপনার ব্লগ এড্ড্রেস (url) রেখে আসবেন। এতে ঐ ব্লগার এবং কমেন্ট দর্শনকারীরা অনেকেই আপনার ব্লগ ভিজিট করবে।

[*] দৈনন্দিন জীবনের নিত্য নতুন বিষয় নিয়ে লিখুন। লেখার মধ্যে বৈচিত্র রাখুন। চিন্তা করে দেখুন আপনার আশেপাশের মানুষ কী নিয়ে ভাবছে। অন্যান্য ব্লগ ভিজিট করেও আপনার চিন্তার খোরাক যোগাতে পারেন। অনেক সময় দেখবেন কোন ব্লগার লিখেছেন মাত্র এক/দুই লাইন কিন্তু কমেন্টস্‌ পেয়েছেন তিরিশ/চল্লিশেরও বেশি। আবার কেউ অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এবং বড় আর্টিকেল লিখেও কোন কমেন্টস্‌ পায়নি। এই সবই হয় লেখার বিষয় এবং বৈচিত্রের কারনে।

[*] বিভিন্ন ফোরামে অংশগ্রহন করুন। অনেকেই ছদ্মনামে ব্লগিং করে। ঐ নামেই হয়তো তারা জনপ্রিয়। কিন্তু নিজেকে তুলে ধরুন। বিভিন্ন ফোরামে উপস্থাপন করুন আপনার লেখার বিষয়। ফোরামের সদস্যদের ভাল লাগলে তারাও নিয়মিত আপনার ব্লগ ভিজিট করবে।

[*] আপনার ব্লগ বিভিন্ন ওয়েব ডাইরেক্টরিতে সাবমিট করুন। অনেকে বিনামূল্যে এই সুবিধা দেয়। ঐ সব ডাইরেক্টরিতে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করুন। আপনার ব্লগ কোন ক্যাটাগরীতে পরে তা ঠিক করুন। তাদের ছোট্ট বাটন আকারের বিজ্ঞাপন আপনার ব্লগের কোথাও বসিয়ে (পেস্ট করে) আপনার ব্লগ এড্ড্রেস (url) তাদের সাথে বিনিময় করুন। এতে তারা আপনার ব্লগ কে কোন সার্চ ইঞ্জিনে সাবমিট করবে।

[*] ব্লগ নিয়মিত আপডেট করুন বা নতুন কিছু লেখুন। অনিয়মিত যেন নিয়মিত না হয় সেদিকে বিশেষ খেয়াল রাখুন। কোন কারনে কিছুদিন লিখতে না পারলে নতুন লেখায় ধারনা দিন ঐ সময়ে কি করেছেন। তাহলে পাঠক এটাকে স্বাভাবিক ভাবে নেবে।

[*] লিখুন আপনি নিজে কিভাবে ব্লগিং করছেন। কিভাবে শুরু করলেন, পপুলার হলেন, ভিজিটর বাড়ালেন সব খোলা খুলি লিখুন। ব্লগিং এ সবার অধিকার সমান। আপনার লেখায় অন্যকে ব্লগিং এ উৎসাহী করুন এবং পরামর্শ দিন।

[*] নতুন কিছু জানলে বা ব্রেকিং নিউজ পেলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে আপনার ব্লগে পোস্ট করুন।
